We're talking Eastwood Golf Course where the mis-hit level of damage is restricted to a pine cone. Bruce Develin had over 400 acres to work with when he designed Eastwood..not 175 like the newer courses that lack fairways on some holes and a chip shot may break a window.
You overlook the back nine at Greens Edge from tee to green (depending on floor position) without fear of errant golf balls and view the action right from your lanai! Comparable golf condos start well over the low 400's at Greens Edge! We have less than 25% of the planned 330 units still available, so call me and let's talk golf!
Our homes are equipped..not stripped. |
